　　電纜橋架進(jìn)人施工現(xiàn)場，應(yīng)提交下列資料產(chǎn)品出廠合格證、省市級質(zhì)監(jiān)站定期檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告及有關(guān)技術(shù)鑒定文件等電纜橋架板材厚度應(yīng)滿足有關(guān)要求。熱鍍鋅的電纜橋架鍍層表面應(yīng)均勻，無過燒、掛灰、局部未鍍鋅等缺陷。靜電噴塑應(yīng)平整、光滑、均勻、不起皮，無氣泡、水泡橋架本身應(yīng)平整，無扭曲變形，內(nèi)壁應(yīng)光滑、無毛刺橋架焊縫表面應(yīng)均勻，不得有漏焊、裂紋、燒穿等缺陷。

　　電纜橋架的支吊架質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電纜橋架水平敷設(shè)時，支撐跨距一般為1.5~3m一試垂直敷設(shè)時，固定間距不宜大于2m兩相鄰橋架托臂之間水平高度差不應(yīng)大于10mm,兩相鄰橋架托臂垂直中線的垂直偏差不應(yīng)大于20mm。
