電纜橋架的施工質(zhì)量控制要點!
1、直線段電纜橋架長度超越30m必需設(shè)置補償安裝,電纜橋架逾越建筑物變形縫處必需設(shè)置補償安裝。

2、鍍鋅電纜橋架及其支架全長應(yīng)不少于2處與接地(PE)干線相銜接。

3、立柱、吊支架和托臂應(yīng)布置合理,固定結(jié)實、平整。

4、電纜橋架與支架間螺栓、橋架銜接板螺栓固定緊固無遺漏,螺母位于橋架外側(cè)。

7、電纜橋架轉(zhuǎn)彎處的彎曲半徑,不小于橋架內(nèi)交聯(lián)聚氯乙烯絕緣電力電纜小允許彎曲半徑15D。

8、鍍鋅電纜橋架間銜接板的兩端不跨接接地線,但銜接板兩端不少于2個有防松螺帽或防松墊圈的銜接固定螺栓。

10、電纜橋架程度或垂直敷設(shè)直線局部的平直水平和垂直度允許偏向不應(yīng)超越5mm。

11、電纜橋架程度裝置的支架間距為1.5~3m;垂直裝置的支架間距不大于2m。

12、線路穿過梁、墻、樓板等處時,電纜橋架不應(yīng)被抹死在建筑物上。

13、敷設(shè)在豎井內(nèi)和穿越不同防火區(qū)的電纜橋架,必需有防火隔堵措施,采用4mm厚鋼板做防火隔板,用防火堵料封堵緊密。
