電纜橋架刷防火涂料防火性能不靠譜!
工程設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)常采用電纜橋架表面刷防火涂料以到達(dá)防火的目的,但是山東電纜橋架公司從工程實(shí)踐總結(jié)來看,這種方法不靠譜!

1、防火涂料的厚度
1. Thickness of Fireproof Coatings
電纜橋架刷防火涂料,可參考《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)范》CECS 24:90,借鑒鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。防火涂料的厚度與耐火極限有密切的關(guān)系,詳見表1。問題來了,表1是對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)來說沒有問題,涂層厚度與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸相比微乎其微,而電纜橋架所用材料只有幾個毫米厚,表中厚涂型涂層厚度高可達(dá)50mm(對應(yīng)耐火極限3h),這么厚的涂層如何刷到薄薄的電纜橋架上。

2、現(xiàn)場施工的漏洞

刷防火涂料需要工地現(xiàn)場施工,涂料是否刷的均勻關(guān)系防火的效果,這與工人的技術(shù)水平、責(zé)任心等有關(guān)。另外,橋架一般先安裝,安裝后靠近墻角、梁柱、其他管線、及吊桿處容易出現(xiàn)死角,不容易刷好涂料。

刷完涂料的橋架,在敷設(shè)電纜或安裝其他管道時(shí)容易將涂層破壞,失去防火作用,影響防護(hù)效果。

3、無法檢測防火性能

由于上述原因,工地刷的防火涂料無法檢測其防火性能,不像成品的產(chǎn)品在出廠時(shí)有檢驗(yàn)、檢測,也有機(jī)構(gòu)的檢測。
