密集母線槽,高強(qiáng)度封閉母線槽(CFW)

該工藝不受板材的限制,外殼做成華夫餅狀,提高了母線的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,母線的水平截面可達(dá)13m,由于外殼的盤(pán)繞,凹槽的位置被有意分開(kāi)固定,母線之間的距離為18mm。線路間通風(fēng)良好,明顯提高了母線槽的防潮散熱功能,更適合華南地區(qū)的氣候;線路間有一定的空隙,會(huì)引起導(dǎo)線溫度的升降,從而提高了過(guò)載能力,降低了磁振蕩噪聲。但其雜散電流和電感電抗遠(yuǎn)大于密集型母線,因此其導(dǎo)電桿截面必須大于密集型絕緣插入式母線截面。
