（1）支架和吊架所用鋼材應平整，無明顯扭曲。出料后的長度偏差在3mm范圍內，切口無卷曲、毛刺。

（2）鋼托架和吊架焊接牢固，無顯著變形，焊前厚度超過4mm的托架，鐵材開坡口，焊接均勻平整，焊接長度應符合要求，不得產生龜裂、蝕端、氣孔、凹陷、焊接泄漏等缺陷。

電纜支架的層間允許較小距離，當設計無規(guī)定時，但層間凈距不應小于兩倍電纜外徑加10mm,35kV及以上高壓電纜不應小于2倍電纜外徑加50mm。

電纜支架應安裝牢固，橫平豎直；托架、支吊架的固定方式應按設計要求進行。各支架的同層橫擋應在同一水平面上，其高低偏差不應大于5mm。托架、支吊架沿橋架走向左右的偏差不應大于10mm,在有坡度的電纜溝內或建筑物上安裝的電纜支架，應有與電纜溝或建筑物相同的坡度。電纜支架上層及下層溝頂、樓板或溝底、地面的距離。
