4、水平橋架支、吊架、托臂的安裝,豎直橋架的支架安裝要點(diǎn)

(1)立柱、吊支架和托臂所用鋼材應(yīng)平直,無(wú)扭曲。下料后長(zhǎng)短偏差應(yīng)在5mm范圍內(nèi),切口處應(yīng)無(wú)卷邊、毛刺。

(2)立柱、吊支架和托臂應(yīng)安裝牢固,無(wú)顯著變形,焊縫均勻平整,焊縫長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)符合要求,不得出現(xiàn)裂紋、咬邊、氣孔、凹陷、漏焊、焊漏等缺陷,焊后應(yīng)做好防腐處理。

(4)固定支點(diǎn)間距一般不大于1.5m-2.0m。在進(jìn)出接線盒、箱、柜、轉(zhuǎn)角、轉(zhuǎn)彎和變形縫兩端及丁字接頭的三端500mm以內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)置固定支持點(diǎn)。
