橋架布電纜時電纜之間用隔板隔開怎么操作?

1. 電纜橋架按材質(zhì)分類有鋼板、鋁合金、不銹鋼、玻璃鋼及無機材料;按結(jié)構(gòu)分類有梯式、有孔托盤式、無孔托盤式等;按防火要求分類有普通型和耐火型;從性能分類有普通型和型。鋼制電纜橋架按表面防護層分類有熱浸鋅型、復(fù)合耐腐型、復(fù)合高耐腐(彩鋼)型三種,其中復(fù)合高耐腐(彩鋼)電纜橋架是新一代的產(chǎn)品,采用彩色鋼板制作,具有快裝、、輕型、高強特點,已由上海樟祥電器成套有限公司研制生產(chǎn)。應(yīng)根據(jù)使用環(huán)境選擇表面護層。
1. 2. 電纜橋架水平安裝時,宜根據(jù)在額定荷載下電纜橋架撓度不大于長度的1/200,按荷載選取跨距作支撐,且支撐點間距宜為1500~3000mm。垂直安裝時,其固定點間距不宜大于2000mm。當(dāng)不能滿足要求時,宜采用大跨度電纜橋架。

11. 當(dāng)受條件限制需敷設(shè)在同一電纜橋架上時,應(yīng)采用金屬隔板隔開。12. 電纜橋架不宜安裝在熱力管道的上方及腐蝕性液體管道的下方。對于腐蝕性氣體的管道,當(dāng)氣體的密度大于空氣時,宜安裝在其上方;當(dāng)氣體的密度小于空氣時,宜安裝在其下方。13. 電纜橋架轉(zhuǎn)彎處的彎曲半徑,不應(yīng)小于橋架內(nèi)電纜更小允許彎曲半徑的值。
