濟(jì)南電纜橋架裝置要求及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
1、電纜橋架作為布線工程的配套項目,目前尚無特地的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指導(dǎo),個消費(fèi)廠家的規(guī)格程式缺乏通用性,因而,設(shè)計選型過程應(yīng)依據(jù)弱電各個系統(tǒng)纜顯得類型、數(shù)量,合理選定適用的橋架。
1. As a supporting project of wiring engineering, cable tray has no special standard guidance at present, and the specifications and procedures of individual consumer manufacturers are lack of generality. Therefore, the design and selection process should be based on the type and quantity of each weak current system cable, and the appropriate cable tray should be selected reasonably.
(1)確定方向: 依據(jù)建筑平面布置圖,分離空調(diào)管線和電氣管線等設(shè)置狀況、便當(dāng)維修,以及電纜路由的疏密來肯定電纜橋架的更佳路由。在室內(nèi),盡可能沿建筑物的墻、柱、梁及樓板架設(shè),多么應(yīng)用綜合管廊架設(shè)時,則應(yīng)在管道一側(cè)或上方平行架設(shè),并思索引下線和分支線盡量防止穿插,如無其它管架借用,則需自設(shè)立(支)柱。
(1) confirm the direction: according to the building layout, separate the air conditioning pipeline and electrical pipeline and other settings, convenient maintenance, and the density of the cable route to determine the best route of the cable bridge. In the room, it shall be erected along the wall, column, beam and floor of the building as much as possible. (2)荷載計算:計算電纜橋架主干線縱斷面上單位長度的電纜重量。

(4)確定裝置方式:依據(jù)場所的設(shè)置條件肯定橋架的固定方式,選擇懸吊式、直立式、側(cè)壁式或是混合式,銜接件和緊固件普通是配套供給的,此外,依據(jù)橋架構(gòu)造選折相應(yīng)的蓋板。

2、如與電力電纜橋架合用時,應(yīng)將電力電纜和弱電電纜各直一側(cè),中間采用隔板分隔。

3、弱電電纜與其它低電壓電纜合用橋架時,應(yīng)嚴(yán)厲執(zhí)行選擇具有外屏蔽層的弱電系統(tǒng)的弱電電纜,防止互相間的干擾。

4、電纜橋架裝置請求

(1)槽式大跨距電纜橋架由室外進(jìn)入建筑物內(nèi)時,橋架向外的坡度不得小于1/100。(2)電纜橋架與用電設(shè)備交越時,其間的凈距不小于0.5m。

(3)兩組電纜橋架在同一高度平行敷設(shè)時,其間凈距不小于0.6m。(4)在平行圖上繪出橋架的路由,要注明橋架起點(diǎn)、終點(diǎn)、拐彎點(diǎn)、分支點(diǎn)及升降點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)或定位尺寸、標(biāo)高,如能繪制橋架敷設(shè)軸側(cè)圖,則對資料統(tǒng)計將更準(zhǔn)確。
(3) when two groups of cable bridges are laid in parallel at the same height, the clear distance between them shall not be less than 0.6m. (4) draw the route of the bridge on the parallel diagram, and indicate the coordinates, positioning dimensions and elevation of the starting point, terminal point, turning point, branch point and lifting point of the bridge. If the axial side diagram of the bridge laying can be drawn, the data statistics will be more accurate.
直線段:注明全長、橋架層數(shù)、標(biāo)高、型號及規(guī)格。拐彎點(diǎn)和分支點(diǎn):注明所用轉(zhuǎn)彎接板的型號及規(guī)格。升降段:注明標(biāo)高變化,也可用部分大樣圖或剖面圖表示。
Straight line section: indicate the total length, number of bridge layers, elevation, model and specification. Turning point and branch point: indicate the model and specification of the used turning joint plate. Lifting section: indicate the elevation change, which can also be represented by partial detail drawing or section drawing.
(5)橋架支撐點(diǎn), 如立柱、托臂或非規(guī)范支、構(gòu)架的間距、裝置方式、型號規(guī)格、標(biāo)高,可同意在平面上列表闡明,也可分段標(biāo)出用不同的剖面圖、單線圖或大樣圖表示。
(5) the support points of the bridge, such as the spacing, installation mode, model, specification and elevation of the column, support arm or non-standard support and framework, can be agreed to be listed on the plan, or marked in sections and represented by different sections, single line drawings or detailed drawings.
(6)電纜引下點(diǎn)位置及引下方式,普通而言,大批電纜引下可用垂直彎接板和垂直引上架,少量電纜引下可用導(dǎo)板或引管,注明引下方式即可。
(6) the location and method of cable downlead point. Generally speaking, a large number of cables can be downlead with vertical bending plate and vertical downlead frame, while a small number of cables can be downlead with guide plate or downlead pipe, indicating the downlead method.
(7)電纜橋架宜高出空中2.2米以上,橋架頂部距頂棚或其它障礙物不應(yīng)小于0.3米,橋架寬度不宜小于0.1米,橋架內(nèi)橫斷面的填充率不應(yīng)超越50%。
(7) the cable bridge should be 2.2m higher than the air, the distance between the top of the bridge and the ceiling or other obstacles should not be less than 0.3m, the width of the bridge should not be less than 0.1M, and the filling rate of the cross section in the bridge should not exceed 50%.
(8)電纜橋架內(nèi)纜線垂直敷設(shè)時,在纜線的上端和每距離1.5米處應(yīng)固定在橋架的支架上,程度敷設(shè)時, 在纜線的首、尾、轉(zhuǎn)彎及每距離3~5米處停止固定。
(8) when the cables in the cable tray are laid vertically, they shall be fixed on the bracket of the tray at the upper end of the cable and at every distance of 1.5m. When laying to a certain extent, they shall be stopped at the head, tail, turn and every distance of 3-5M.
