1)外觀檢查:電纜橋架進(jìn)人施工現(xiàn)場,應(yīng)提交下列資料產(chǎn)品出廠合格證、省市級(jí)質(zhì)監(jiān)站定期檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告及有關(guān)技術(shù)鑒定文件等電纜橋架板材厚度應(yīng)滿足有關(guān)要求。熱鍍鋅的電纜橋架鍍層表面應(yīng)均勻,無過燒、掛灰、局部未鍍鋅等缺陷。靜電噴塑應(yīng)平整、光滑、均勻、不起皮,無氣泡、水泡橋架本身應(yīng)平整,無扭曲變形,內(nèi)壁應(yīng)光滑、無毛刺橋架焊縫表面應(yīng)均勻,不得有漏焊、裂紋、燒穿等缺陷。
1) Appearance inspection: When entering the construction site for energy-saving cable trays, the following documents should be submitted: product factory certificate, regular inspection report from provincial and municipal quality supervision stations, and relevant technical appraisal documents. The thickness of cable tray plates should meet relevant requirements. The surface of the hot-dip galvanized cable tray coating should be uniform, without defects such as overburning, hanging dust, and partial lack of galvanizing. Electrostatic spraying should be flat, smooth, uniform, without peeling, without bubbles or water bubbles. The bridge itself should be flat, without distortion or deformation, and the inner wall should be smooth, without burrs. The welding surface of the bridge should be uniform, without defects such as missed welding, cracks, burn through, etc.
2)電纜橋架的安裝位置:橋架水平敷設(shè)時(shí),距地高度一般不宜低于2.5m。橋架多層敷設(shè)時(shí),為了散熱、維護(hù)以及防干擾的需要,橋架層間應(yīng)留有一定的距離電纜橋架在與各種管道平行敷設(shè)時(shí),其凈距應(yīng)符合有關(guān)的規(guī)定。
2) The installation position of cable tray: When the tray is laid horizontally, the height above the ground should generally not be less than 2.5m. When laying multiple layers of cable trays, in order to dissipate heat, maintain and prevent interference, a certain distance should be left between the tray layers. When cable trays are laid parallel to various pipelines, their clear distance should comply with relevant regulations.
3)支吊架的安裝:電纜橋架的支吊架質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電纜橋架水平敷設(shè)時(shí),支撐跨距一般為1.5~3m一試垂直敷設(shè)時(shí),固定間距不宜大于2m兩相鄰橋架托臂之間水平高度差不應(yīng)大于10mm,兩相鄰橋架托臂垂直中線的垂直偏差不應(yīng)大于20mm。
3) Installation of supports and hangers: The quality of supports and hangers for cable trays should comply with current technical standards. When laying cable trays horizontally, the support span is generally 1.5-3m. When laying vertically, the fixed spacing should not exceed 2m. The horizontal height difference between two adjacent tray support arms should not exceed 10mm, and the vertical deviation of the vertical centerline of two adjacent tray support arms should not exceed 20mm.
